Terms of Service

These terms of service ('Terms') are a legal agreement between you ('User' or 'you') and Neurons Developments, the creators and operators of Mythus Discord Bot (the 'Bot'). By using the Bot, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

1.1. The Bot is intended for legitimate and lawful purposes, including moderation, anti-nuke shielding against rogue administrators, automod filters, role management, and AI assistance on Discord servers.

1.2. You agree not to use the Bot for malicious, harmful, or illegal activities, including raid attacks, mass spamming, or attempting to exploit or disrupt the Bot's infrastructure.

2.1. We may collect and use data from the Bot, including Discord server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, moderation case records, and custom configuration settings, strictly for the purpose of improving, synchronizing, and maintaining the Bot's functionality.

2.2. Ephemeral queries and AI prompts are processed transiently in volatile memory and are never logged, archived, or shared with external model trainers.

2.3. Server data may be retained for up to 30 days after the removal of the Bot from your server. This data will be used exclusively for the purposes stated in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3.1. Neurons Developments and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, member attrition, false-positive moderation actions, or unintended server lockdowns resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.

3.2. Server administrators assume full responsibility for configuring appropriate threshold values, role whitelists, and permissions delegated to the Bot.

4.1. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Bot at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

5.1. We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via our official community support server or web portal.
